Who is Firelight Coffee?
Firelight Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Atlanta, GA that has operated since 2014 with a focus on premium coffees from sustainable and traceable farms. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment that makes high-end coffee accessible, while pushing the industry forward in sustainability practices. The Firelight Coffee roastery is located in West Midtown, Atlanta, where it functions as a production facility for our cafe and retail partners.
Where do you roast?
We are in West Midtown, Atlanta. Right now our space is closed to the public and operates as a production facility.
Is the roastery open to the public?
Right now our space is closed to the public. Since we moved our roastery in early 2022, we had to make the tough decision to close the tasting room for the time being. We hope to one day open it back up!
Where can I buy Firelight Coffee?
The best place is here on our website! Our full coffee lineup is always available online, and we roast and ship every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Where does your coffee come from/How do you source?
A number of different factors go into the decision to source each coffee that eventually ends up on our menu. The most important of these are ethics, quality, sustainability and freshness. We currently work with a number of different coffee producers and importer partners that provide us with coffee lots fresh from harvest. The coffee producers and their best interests are always top of mind, leading us to work closely with our trusted suppliers and ensure that producers are always compensated well. We'll have more details to share about this as time goes on, but in the meantime you can check our blog for individual coffee stories and a few pieces about our sourcing methodology.
Ordering
When do you roast and ship?
Our current production roast days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any order placed during the week will be roasted on the next roast day and shipped the following morning.
What shipping methods do you use?
Smaller orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Multi-bag or large orders typically ship via UPS.
What's your return policy?
While we can't receive returns of coffee, please contact us if you have an issue and we'll do our best to help sort it out.
Subscriptions
What products are available for subscriptions?
Our primary subscription options are our Roaster's Choice, Blend Subscription, and Single Origin Subscription. These subscriptions feature rotating coffees so you always have something new!
Our year-round offerings are also available as a subscription (with a discount for doing so!). This includes many of our blends that come in tan bags, as well as many single-origin coffees in blue bags. Check for the "Subscribe and Save" toggle on each product page to identify them.
How can I view or modify my subscription?
Firelight Coffee subscriptions are effortless to modify. Head to the My Account page and click "My Subscription". Here you can view or edit any active subscriptions you have and see your full order history.
If you have too much coffee on hand, use this page to skip a subscription and/or change your renewal date. If you need your next order sooner, you can initiate your next coffee order so that it ships out after the next roast day.
Misc.
Do you offer coffee catering for events?
We have a mobile espresso cart that is available to rent for private events. Reach out to us at contact@firelightcoffee.com with details about your event, and we will be in touch!
Where can I use a Firelight Coffee gift card?
Firelight Coffee gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed online through firelightcoffee.com.
