This blend was inspired by the towering canopy of trees all around us in our native Atlanta, the city in the forest. Just like our home, this blend is accessible and unique. Our most balanced coffee, you’ll find Canopy has creamy vanilla notes and fragrant honey, punctuated by a light lemon sweetness. It’s perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon or a bustling Monday morning.
Ideal as an everyday drip coffee, Canopy will hold up to every brewing method including French Press, pourover, or Aeropress. Take a break in your week or make every morning a little more relaxing with this spectacular flagship blend.
Most orders are shipped via USPS while large orders typically ship via UPS. While we can't receive returns of coffee, please contact us if you have an issue and we'll do our best to help sort it out.

When do you roast and ship?
Our current production roast days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any order placed during the week will be roasted and shipped on the next roast day.
What shipping methods do you use?
Single bags are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Multi-bag or large orders typically ship via UPS.
Where do you roast?
We have been roasting in West Midtown, Atlanta for over 10 years! Our production roastery and lab is unfortunately not open to the public at this time.
How do you source coffee?
A number of different factors go into the decision to source each coffee that eventually ends up on our menu. The most important of these are ethics, quality, sustainability and freshness.
