Compatibility: Electric and gas safe. Not compatible with induction cooktops. Please be aware that placing product on rough or unclean surfaces, as well as normal daily use on cooking ranges, will damage finish on bottom of kettle. This is normal wear and does not affect functionality. Slight discoloration on bottom of copper Stagg will occur when used on gas and electric stoves.
Cleaning: Not dishwasher safe. Wash with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansers, or scouring pads.

When do you roast and ship?
Our current production roast days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any order placed during the week will be roasted and shipped on the next roast day.
What shipping methods do you use?
Single bags are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Multi-bag or large orders typically ship via UPS.
Where do you roast?
We have been roasting in West Midtown, Atlanta for over 10 years! Our production roastery and lab is unfortunately not open to the public at this time.
How do you source coffee?
A number of different factors go into the decision to source each coffee that eventually ends up on our menu. The most important of these are ethics, quality, sustainability and freshness.
