Lucky for coffee lovers, Atmos has come to the storage rescue. This airtight coffee canister features a simple twist mechanism to remove air and prevent oxidation, which means your coffee lasts up to 50% longer.

Capacity:
- 0.4 L canister holds up to 6 oz of coffee beans
- 0.7 L canister holds up to 11 oz of coffee beans
- 1.2 L canister holds up to 16 oz of light/medium roasts (dark doesn't fit a full pound).
Fellow Tip: Twist the lid every 4-5 days to maintain a vacuum seal
Cleaning: Not suitable for dishwasher—the integrated vacuum pump won’t like it
Warning: Do not place upside down while storing content inside
Can I store ground coffee in my Atmos?: We recommend storing only whole bean coffee in your Atmos. Storing ground coffee or other fine substances may clog the intake valve and prevent a proper vacuum seal and may also void the warranty.

When do you roast and ship?
Our current production roast days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Any order placed during the week will be roasted and shipped on the next roast day.
What shipping methods do you use?
Single bags are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Multi-bag or large orders typically ship via UPS.
Where do you roast?
We have been roasting in West Midtown, Atlanta for over 10 years! Our production roastery and lab is unfortunately not open to the public at this time.
How do you source coffee?
A number of different factors go into the decision to source each coffee that eventually ends up on our menu. The most important of these are ethics, quality, sustainability and freshness.
