Return Policy

Returns

If you’re not happy with your Firelight Coffee purchase, let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it. Our return window extends for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Should you receive coffee brewing equipment, apparel, or other merchandise in a damaged or defective condition, please reach out to us immediately so we can explore the best way to resolve it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@firelightcoffee.com.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being entered in the order, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to re-send that package to an updated address. A link to payment for that shipping will be sent to your email.

Return Shipping

Please contact us at contact@firelightcoffee.com before shipping any items back. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process a refund until it is received.
