Sidama - Legacy

$21.00
Size12oz
Grind sizeWhole Bean

Idido, a town in Ethiopia’s renowned Yirgacheffe region, is famous for its exceptional coffees. This washed coffee offers vibrant fruit notes and stands out with its exceptionally clean and smooth finish—outshining even naturally processed coffees! This coffee comes from a number of smallholder farmers near the Yismashewa Washing Station led by Lego Tiba Malde Yismashewa.

Featuring juicy strawberry, sharp citrus and creamy vanilla notes, Idido is a fantastic upgrade as your daily drinker. We really like using filter methods to brew this coffee, whether in a drip pot, pourover, or Aeropress, to get full effect of the clean, fruity flavors of this coffee. Using a French Press will highlight some nice chocolate notes with and smooth vanilla, while a well-tuned espresso will create an incredibly interesting and unique fruity drink highlighting berry and citrus tastes.
