Send Back Recycle Pack

Ensure that your Firelight Coffee bags are properly recycled! Use the Send Back Recycle Pack to return your used Firelight Coffee bags to us, and we’ll responsibly dispose of them at our local hard-to-recycle center. Join us in our initiative to keep waste out of landfills!

Each pack contains pre-paid postage for easy returns. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Order your Send Back Recycle Pack (free at checkout when purchasing three or more bags!)
  2. Receive your Pack in the mail along with your order. Use it to store empty Firelight Coffee bags until you have at least 10 bags and up to 20 bags.
  3. When the Pack is full, seal the bag using the built-in adhesive. The adhesive backing is curbside recyclable.
  4. Put it in your mailbox or drop it off at a USPS site.

  • Free with the purchase of three or more items. After adding items to your cart, go the the Checkout page and enable the Send Back Recycle Pack at the bottom of the page.
  • Includes pre-paid postage.
  • Pack is made of 100% recycled kraft paper fiber, including 90% post-consumer waste paper fiber.
  • Pack is fully recyclable and will be recycled when returned to Firelight Coffee.
  • Returned bags will be processed at the LiveThrive Center for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHaRM) in Atlanta. Firelight Coffee maintains a business account with CHaRM and pays by weight of recycled materials to support their recycling program.

 

Please note: Only Firelight Coffee bags can be returned in the Send Back Recycle Pack. Our bags are specially designed to be 100% recyclable, whereas other coffee bags contain mixed materials that prevent recycling. Any other coffee bags sent in the Send Back Recycle pack will have to be thrown in the trash, and none of us want to add waste to landfills!
